I was standing outside in the winter cold last night when something hit me. Call it a moment of understanding. I was reflecting on how cold it was outside. I wasn’t dressed to sit outside in the cold and I was freezing my buns off. I was also hungry. I haven’t felt the gnaw of hunger for awhile now. I barely reconized it. My, how often I catch myself taking stuff for granted. Thank God for reminding me… There is so much to be thankful for. When God has blessed you, make sure you do not forget God amidst the blessings. That would be worst of all. Be thankful and grateful for what God has done for you. Amen? ^_^

Now on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee. As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him. They stood at a distance and called out in a loud voice, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!”
When he saw them, he said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed.
One of them, when he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him – and he was a Samaritan.
Jesus asked, “Were not ten cleansed? Where are the other nice? Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?”
