Been feeling like a prostitute lately, always selling out on what is holy and right twisting so it’s all wrong.

Hosea’s been bouncing around in my mind long enough. Bible study time!

P.S. Anonymous is so nice to give feedback, bless his/her soul, Father.

P.S.2.0 The Journey of Desire is most interesting… anyone else read this?

Hmm if you like Hosea there IS a novel based on that book, can’t remember the title off the top of my head, but remind me and I’ll tell you 🙂  although personally I see a lot of flaws in the way they approached the subject :p.  but then I’m ultra critical 😉

  2. I know I don’t know you very well, but if you would please pray for me I would appreciate it.

i know exactly what you mean…exactly.

it’s just too bad that i’m chained down in the gates of hell and just don’t know how to get back out.

    In Christ…

  4. If you could just send up a quick prayer for me I would appreciate it. I don’t have many Christian friends who will pray for me. Just pray that I will trust Him, and that I will do what’s right. Thanks so much.

have you read “Redeeming Love” by Francine Rivers? it’s based on Hosea’s story. It got really great reviews.

  6. What kind of books are those you’re reading? Christian books? I haven’t had much chance to read too many of those

Ha256, you wrote:  Amen!  Thanks for the reminder on why it is sooo nice to just be blunt and say what you mean rather than be introverted and silent treatment…

Lady Paget’s Comment:  I’m not sure how I should be reading this comment because for the life of me, I have no idea whether you’re a male or female (my apologies for that, matey).  If you’re a female, then I’d take it that your comment’s a positive one, if you’re male, then I could read you as being sarcastic in your response.  …Hmmmm….I am blur….very blur…very very blur.

Okay.  I think you are female.  (teehee)

then again, i could be wrong.

  12.             Hi! My name is Terrance Yu and I am a first year undergraduate student at UCLA. I accepted Christ during my fall quarter of college and am currently involved in the college ministry Korean Campus Crusade for Christ (KCCC). I was a very ordinary teenager perfectly satisfied with my life, but meeting Christ really broke me down to repentance. I saw how much I needed to change and turn away from my sinful ways. My relationship with my family, especially my younger brother, has gotten better and closer. I experienced God¡¦s love for me and I want to share that joy of salvation with the people of Thailand.

Currently, Thailand is 95% Buddhism, 3.8% Muslim, and only 0.5% Christianity. Thailand is plagued with sexual immorality, prostitution, child labor, and idolatry. Therefore, I hope to reach out to the Thailand college students and spread the love of Christ to them.

This summer, a team of twelve other students and I have dedicated ourselves to a short term 5 week mission (from June 25th to the end of July) to Thailand University Ram One (about 400,000 students) to share the Gospels to the Thailand students. We’ll be doing performances including body worship dances, praise songs, cultural dances, showing the Jesus Film, teaching English, etc. I need your support and prayer to raise $2,700 for this mission. Please pray for my team and me as we participate in Jesus Christ¡¦s Great Commission. I have included a short list of prayer requests. Thank you very much for your prayer. Thank you and God bless!

¡§Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.¡¨ (1 John 4:11-12)

    Prayer Request:

Pray for us that the Holy Spirit will move the hearts of the Thailand students to accept Christ.
Pray for the health and safety of our mission team this summer
Pray for Thailand that God will pour down His blessings onto the land and turn the people away from false idols.

If you would like to make a donation, please make all checks payable to: KCCC (Korea Campus Crusade for Christ) and write ¡§for Terrance Yu¡¨ on the memo. Thank you!

    The address is KCCC Headquarters
    1636 W. 8th st, 1st floor
    Los Angeles, CA 90017

    Because He lives,

    Terrance
